Tracy Spiridakos is a Canadian actress who is famous for her performance in the role of Charlotte "Charlie" Matheson on the NBC post-apocalyptic sci-fi series Revolution and was nominated for the Saturn Award for Best Actress on Television. Spiridakos is from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Greek-born parents. When she was four, her family relocated away from Canada and moved to Skala in Greece. They lived close to Sparta. They returned when she turned nine. Her roots are deeply rooted in her Greek heritage, and can speak Greek in a fluent manner. In 2000 she was a graduate of Oak Park High School. Spiridakos moved to Vancouver to pursue acting roles in 2007. Within a matter of weeks, she found her first TV role. It was a minor role on Supernatural. After several years of working on TV, Spiridakos was offered her first part as a starring role on Majority Rules in the year 2009.
